Hmmm, Let's see...I LOVE this site and what you can find on it! The possibilities are endless! I mostly use it for finding my favorite fanfiction--LOVE to read!!

I live near Cleveland, Ohio with my hubby and 2 kids and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE and ADMIRE CREATIVITY! Which is probably why I've enjoyed being so involved in our high school drama department for the past 5 years as a "Drama Mamma" and watching all these astounding kids reach for their own creativity, some going on to further that wonderful gift in dance, music, singing, and behind the scenes in writing, scenic design, and as my own daughter has in technical theatre and stage managing (smiles proudly).

My favorite TV shows are "Bones" (David...le sigh)--well of course! I also enjoy Law and Order SVU and C.I, House, The Closer, Burn Notice, and my newest favs are Terminator and Raising the Bar. Of course I'm forever a die hard BTVS and ATS fan!! I think David Boreanaz, James Marsters, Christopher Meloni and Jeffrey Donovan(Burn Notice) are just about the sexiest men alive--after my hubby of course!

I'm NOT a writer--thought about it many times and even have a few fic files stashed in memory here and there. However, my passion is reading, here as well as several other sites. I've been known to beta(although I've not had time to do much of it lately) I've leant my services in Beta-land in the past--For a reader, in my opinion, there is NOTHING more distracting than (trying to)read a good or great story with lots of typo's, grammar faux pas, or jumbled paragraphs! Get it beta'd!

One thing I've learned at many of the fic sites is to be 'culturally forgiving' so to speak! Most being multi-cultural, NOT everyone uses the same grammar techniques or spells words the same. So in the name of CREATIVITY there are some things one HAS to overlook. I get truly frustrated when I see a review that flames an author for their spelling or word usage when it's only because they are not using it in the U.S. English form. I've had many a good chuckle with my author buddies in other countries because of word usage and spelling only because of a cultural difference! So with that said...Be open minded and let creativity ring in all forms, but puhleeezzzz proof read! LOL!! I mean there is no cultural difference between "He was in deep though" which really should of been, "He was in deep thought". There IS cultural difference between "favorite" AND "favourite" OR "behavior" AND "behaviour". RANT done. :D

I enjoy well written work, mostly "T" & "M" rated, but will occasionally venture into milder ratings and have found some rather good fics in the K/K+ area. "M" seems to be my area of intrigue! It takes talent to write good erotica and if you can do it...GO FOR IT!
I LOVE a good "M" rated fic--with and without a plot! I read mostly three fandoms BTVS, Angel, Bones (and some L&O SVU) fics--In the BTVS/Angel verse I'm partial to (some Angel(us)/Buffy), Angel(us)/Spike, Angel(us)/Willow, Angel(us)/Cordy, Angel/Spike/Willow, Angel(us)/Spike/Seeley --It all depends on my mood what pairing I'm interested on a particular day! LOL! In the Bones fandom, primarily Booth/Brennan, although I've read other pairings. In the SVU, I'm just interested in Liv & El. I also love RPF! Not alot of people like to write it though.

When it comes to B&B fics I have an extremely hard time with (main) character death, even if it's set in the future. I've only read a few and have barely gotten through them! So if you write dark fic with character death, don't expect too much from me! BTVS/Angel...well those are such different areas...death is pretty much expected, although I don't read much of it--I'm more of the fluff/angst/romance/drama/smut fic person no matter the pairing!

Besides reading, I love chatting with friends all over the globe, reviewing fics, the theatre (in any form), the beach, traveling, family time, sampling wine, cleaning closets (yeah right!), and sharing my sunshine...hmm, maybe that last one was over the top? :-/
